We strongly encourage you to use American Insurance and our partner providers digital tools for customer service and 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online if you are set up, we can also get you set up. From there, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, print ID Cards and more. It's easier and faster (in most cases) to manage your account digitally than in person.
